How quickly we ship, what it costs, where we deliver, and how to return an in-stock pair.

Shipping

In stock — Elevated Collection

In-stock pairs ship within 1 — 2 business days from our European warehouse. Standard tracked shipping is included on orders over $300.

Made-to-Order — Quick (2 days)

Production takes 2 business days at the atelier. Shipping is dispatched as soon as the pair is finished.

Made-to-Order — Atelier Standard (25 days)

The atelier requires 25 days to produce. We will send a photograph of your finished pair before shipping.

Shipping methods & cost

  • Standard tracked — Free on orders over $300. $15 below.
  • Express — $35 worldwide. Delivery within 2 business days of dispatch in the US and EU, 3 — 5 elsewhere.
  • Wholesale & bulk — Email hello@maellabb.com for a tailored quote.

Rates are estimates until our shipping integration is finalised — exact cost is shown at checkout.

Where we ship

Mael Labb ships worldwide. Some destinations may incur additional customs duties and taxes, payable on delivery. We declare the full purchase price on customs forms in line with European regulations.

Returns

In-stock pairs

Return for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. The shoes must be unworn, in their original box, with all packaging intact. Try them on a clean surface — soles that have touched the street can't be returned.

Made-to-Order

Made-to-Order pairs are non-returnable as each is built specifically for you. If there is a manufacturing defect we will replace the pair at no cost. Email us within 7 days of receipt with photographs.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@maellabb.com with your order number.
  2. We will send you a return label within one business day.
  3. Place the unworn shoes (with shoe trees, dust bag, and box) into the shipping carton.
  4. Drop at a carrier point — refund is processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Treat it as a return and place a new order — exchanges are processed faster this way, and your sizing question stops being your problem at the moment you ship the box back to us.
