What we collect
When you visit maellabb.com or place an order, we collect:
- Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, shipping address.
- Order data — items ordered, prices, and any messages you send us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, time on site. Used to make the site work and improve it.
- Newsletter subscriptions — your email, if you join our list.
We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor (once connected).
Why we collect it
- To fulfil and ship your order.
- To contact you about your order, shipment, or atelier production.
- To send you the newsletter, if you've opted in.
- To improve the site (anonymous analytics, no personal profiling).
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the partners that need it to do their job:
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
- Payment processor — to take payment (Stripe / similar, once connected).
- Email provider — to send newsletter and order updates.
- Hosting provider — to keep the site online.
- Authorities — if required by law.
We do not sell or rent your data, ever.

Your rights
Under GDPR (if you're in the EU/UK) and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask us to:
- See what data we hold about you.
- Correct or delete that data.
- Stop using your data for marketing.
- Export your data in a portable format.
