REFUND policy.
Sorry to have you here but we will do our best to sort it out for you.
Returns or exchanges are valid only for new items in new condition (unworn: not a single use) and in the original packaging.
We do not issue the refund if:
your order does not arrive due to factors within our control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
You can submit refund requests until you receive the product and within 14 days after the purchase date. Please contact sending a message on the Contact Us page at www.maellabb.com

At www.maellabb.com customer satisfaction is paramount. Due to this, if you are not pleased with your order, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase and we will issue a full refund to the original credit card. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All products must be returned in new condition (unworn: not a single use) and in the original packaging. Prior to a full refund, the returned products must be received at our studio and inspected by us. All shipping return costs are paid by the customer. We don’t accept international returns or refunds.
To request a refund or exchange please send us an email describing the problem (and a picture) to web@maellabb.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Note: MTO (Made To Order) pairs are not refundable.
