Thanks for visiting Mael Labb! Mael Labb (“Mael Labb”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.maellabb.com (the “Website”).
Personal information we collect

How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Our site is hosted by Squarespace. Personal information (as defined below) hosted by or through Squarespace is subject to their privacy policy which may or may not contain terms as protective as this Privacy Policy. Squarespace
Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us iwth the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure servicer behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Non-Personal Information Automatically Collected
We and our thrid-party providers may use a variety of technologies, now and hereafter devised, that automatically record certain usage information. When accessing our Website, Squarespace may log your IP address, access URL, time of access, geographic location, browser type, and referral URL in order to provide us with internal informationn regarding Site traffic statistics. This information may also be used to identify users who are using our Site for spam or other activity that is deemed in conflic with our Terms of Service. Otherwise, this information is used in the aggregate, and its never linked back to any Personal Information.
Cookies and Other Technologies We Use
Squarespace and our service providers may use cookies (both session cookies and persistent cookies) to analyze trends, administer our Website, track your movements around your Website, better understand how you interact with our Website, determine interest in particular content and monitor aggregate usage by visitors and online traffic routing. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual or aggregated basis. You may be able to intruct your browser, by changing its option, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the online services you visit. You may also remove persistent cookies by following your web browser’s help file directions. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of our Website or all functionality of our Website.
Squarespace and our other service providers may also use “pixel tags,” “web beacons,” “clear GIFs,” or similar means in connection with our Website and HTML-formated e-mail messages to, among other things, track the actions of users, to determine the success of marketing campaings and to complie aggregate statistics about Website usage and response rates. This information is collected anonymously, in a manner that does not personally identify you.

Please note that we do not alter our Website’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Your rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Website), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. When you place an order through the Website, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
